1. Scope of application
These terms of use apply to Rengas-Soppi Oy's online store and orders placed through it. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
The online store sells products and services to private individuals and business customers in Finland. Rengas-Soppi Oy reserves the right to change these terms.
2. Products and prices
Products sold in the online store may include, for example:
Tires and rims
Tire services (e.g. installation, balancing, seasonal change)
Tire hotel services
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include value added tax of 25.5%, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
3. Ordering and formation of contract
An order can be placed through the online store's shopping cart.
A binding sales contract is formed when:
The customer has placed an order and
Rengas-Soppi Oy has sent an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right not to accept an order, for example due to inventory error, pricing error or payment default.
4. Payment
The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through Visma Pay's online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy appears as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay transfers payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information concerning the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the payment transaction information. The contract is formed between the online store's customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the purchase. 5. Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are stated in the online store. A third-party payment service provider may be used for payment processing.
The order will be processed once payment has been approved.
Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment. 6. Delivery and service fulfillment
Products:
Delivery time and method are stated when placing the order. Delivery takes place at Rengas-Soppi's location. The delivery method is pre-installed or pick-up at the location. We reserve the right to change the delivery time for reasons beyond our control.
Services:
Tire services are carried out at a separately agreed time at the location. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is available at the agreed time.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumer customers)
Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in distance selling in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The right of withdrawal applies to stock products. Products must be unused and in as-new condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that include labor (installed rims and tires, "packages"). The order payment will be refunded to the payment method used in the order.
Withdrawal must be notified in writing by email or using this form.
8. Returns
The product to be returned must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect. The goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice, and the customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return.
Return instructions are provided through customer service.
9. Liability for defects and complaints
Products are subject to liability for defects in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Any defects must be reported within 14 days by email.
In the event of a defect, the customer has the right to:
Correction of the defect
Replacement of the product
Price reduction
Cancellation of the purchase in accordance with the law
10. Limitation of liability
Rengas-Soppi Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless otherwise required by law. The company is not liable for delays resulting from force majeure. The company is also not liable for losses that the customer and the company could not have foreseen at the time of entering into the contract (e.g. technical problems) or for losses that are not due to our breach of contract.
11. Processing of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with a separate privacy policy.
12. Dispute resolution and applicable law
Finnish law applies to these terms.
Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation.
If a dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact consumer advisory services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
